Privacy policy.
Last updated September 2026.
This policy explains what Obsidian Stone LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send us your info, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, town, the stone and service you're interested in, your project notes and any photo you attach. We also note which page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or social post, the campaign tags in the link.
How we use it
We use it to contact you about your project, give you an estimate and do the work you ask for. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone except the services that deliver the form to us.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. Your submission passes through their servers on the way to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set advertising cookies of its own. If we add analytics or advertising tags in the future, we'll update this page to say so.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent at any time. Email carlosleeatl@gmail.com or call (678) 392-9391.
