Quartz countertops in Atlanta.
Engineered stone that stays easy to live with. Supplied, fabricated and installed by Obsidian Stone.
Quartz countertops are engineered stone, made mostly from ground quartz bound with resin.
The result is a surface with a consistent color and pattern from one end of the kitchen to the other, whether you want a clean solid white or a bold veined look. Quartz is nonporous, so it resists stains and never needs to be sealed. For a lot of families that's the whole reason to choose it: wipe it down with soap and water and it looks the same years from now.
We supply the quartz, fabricate it in our shop and install it in your home. We template once your cabinets are set, cut the sink and cooktop openings to your exact units, polish the edges and set the finished top. One crew, start to finish, and a free estimate before any of it.

Quartz Countertops, answered.
What affects the price of quartz countertops?
The brand and color, how much material the layout needs, the edge profile, the number of cutouts and any tear out of old tops. We give you a clear quote at your free estimate.
Quartz or granite?
Quartz is engineered, so it's consistent and never needs sealing. Granite is natural stone with a unique pattern that takes heat well and can go outdoors. Tell us how you use your kitchen and we'll help you choose.
Can I put hot pans on quartz?
Use a trivet. The resin in quartz can be marked by very high heat, so a trivet under hot pans keeps it looking new.
Can quartz go outside?
We don't recommend it. Strong sun can fade quartz over time. For outdoor kitchens, granite is the better pick.
