Sink repairs in Atlanta.
Loose sinks, failed seals, new cutouts. Supplied, fabricated and installed by Obsidian Stone.
Undermount sinks hang from the stone above them.
When the adhesive or clips let go, the sink starts to pull away, water gets where it shouldn't and the seal around the edge fails. We fix the stone side of that. We can reset and remount a sink that has dropped, replace a failed seal around the rim and recut or enlarge the opening when you're swapping to a new sink.
We work on granite, quartz and marble countertops, whether we installed them or not. Sink problems tend to get worse the longer they wait, so it's worth a call as soon as you notice a gap, a wobble or water under the cabinet. Send us a photo with your info and we'll tell you what we see and how we'd fix it.

Sink Repairs, answered.
What affects the price of a sink repair?
What's wrong, the size and type of sink and whether the opening needs to change. A photo usually tells us most of it, so send one with your info.
My undermount sink is pulling away. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. We take the weight off, clean the old adhesive, and remount the sink to the stone so it's solid again.
Can you cut a new opening for a different sink?
In many cases. It depends on the stone, the cabinet below and how much the size changes. We'll look before we promise anything.
Do you only repair countertops you installed?
No. We work on granite, quartz and marble countertops no matter who installed them.
